Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Artichoke Hearts (from the can, drained, chopped)

  • 1 cup Frozen Spinach (thawed, drained)

  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

  • 4 ozs Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)

  • 2/3 cup Parmigiano Reggiano (shredded)

  • 2 Garlic (clove, minced)

  • 3/4 tsp Onion Powder

  • 2 tsps Lemon Juice

  • 4 cups Siete Grain Free Corn Tortilla Chips

Assemble It

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC).

  2. In a large bowl, add the artichokes, spinach, yogurt, mayonnaise, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, onion powder, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine.

  3. Spoon the mixture into an oven safe baking dish and transfer to the oven. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, until bubbling and browned on top.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
