Backed with the latest research and science, this 6-week group coaching program tackles five key areas of wellness: food, stress, sleep, movement, and mindfulness. This program teaches you about untapped areas of your health and wellness and how to holistically begin improving your health, well-being, and health span in a way that is easy and simple to integrate into your busy life.
You are supported the entire way by Shannon and her team. Making sure you’re held accountable for your individual goals and those in a panic moments “I’m out to dinner with my team and have NO idea what to order.”
Additionally, you’ll have the support of the other 25 participants in the program. Supporting each other, celebrating your wins, and accountability partners along the way.
