The Office

Our couch is super comfortable. It’s a place where you can settle in a bit, relax, and feel at home. We also have barista-level latte skills and great snacks. And we'll remember your order and your favorite bites.

We treat each session—in person or virtual—this way. We take care of our clients, listen deeply to them, and support them with any goal, big or small, they are working on.

The Experience

After a free discovery call to ensure we’re a fit for you and your goals, you purchase your coaching package and schedule your first session. That session is typically 60 minutes long, and we cover everything related to your health, wellness, and nutrition goals. From there, we plan to meet weekly for 20 minutes for 3 to 6 months. Every five weeks, we do a longer call and a “gut check” to make sure you are vibing with your goals.

In between sessions, you have access to your SPW coach to ask questions, check what to order on your vacation, or discuss whatever comes up regarding your goals.

This is a highly collaborative, supportive relationship. Your coach works with you because they believe in you and what you want to achieve. And they will push you (in a kind way) to have the right mindset to achieve your goals.

Coaching is a commitment. But your work will open the door to more and more possibilities in your life - those you expect and those you don’t. Are you ready?

The Safe Place

What we discuss in 1:1 or group sessions is deeply personal. And we respect what is shared.

We ensure that all records are kept on password-protected EHR software. Virtual sessions are conducted at Shannon Pfeffer Wellness HQ in a sound-proof, double-door, and double-locked office. We’ve gone above and beyond to ensure that our sessions are safe and our work together is secure.

The Warm Hug

We’ll send you home with food (kidding, but not!), confidence in a plan to meet your goals, and assurance of frequent check-ins to make sure you feel the support. Your goals are our passion, and we celebrate your wins with you. And, of course, lift you up when you have days you don’t win.
