Total time: 6 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oat Milk (plus more for topping)

  • 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (at least 70%)

  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey

  • 1 1/2 tsps Arrowroot Powder (optional)

  • 1/16 tsp Sea Salt

  • 2 tbsps Water

  • 1/2 cup Coffee (espresso, brewed)

  • 1/16 tsp Cinnamon (ground)

Assemble It

  1. Add the oat milk, chocolate, cacao, and honey to a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring regularly, for three to four minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, add the arrowroot powder, salt, and water to a small bowl. Mix to create a slurry and add it to the saucepan.

  3. Add the coffee and increase the heat to medium. Stir until the mocha is thick and creamy, for one to two minutes.

  4. Pour into a cup. Froth a little more milk to add to the top of the latte, if desired. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
