Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup nut milk, unsweetened

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 cup almond butter (optional)

  • 2 scoops of protein powder (optional)

Assemble It

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together well, ensuring the chia seeds are completely covered in liquid and if using, the almond butter is evenly distributed.

  2. Refrigerate overnight. Lasts 5 days.
