Ingredients
12 ozs Chicken Breast
Half a bottle of Primal Kitchen Italian Vinagrette
2 Tomato (large, sliced horizontally)
1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano
1/4 cup Parsley (chopped)
Assemble It
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
Season the chicken breast with half of the Italian dressing and a pinch of the sea salt. Add to the air fryer and cook for eight to 10 minutes. Set aside. The chicken will not be cooked through yet.
Meanwhile, season the tomatoes with the remaining Italian dressing and the remaining sea salt. Top each slice with parmesan cheese.
Add the tomato slices to the air fryer basket with the chicken (or use a second basket if you have a dual option). Cook the tomatoes and chicken for eight minutes, or until the cheese has started to brown on the tomatoes and the chicken is cooked through.
Remove from the air fryer and top the tomato slices with parsley. Enjoy!
